REGISTRATION

​Terms of payment: Credit card payments and bank transfers are accepted; debit card payments are not accepted. Bank charges may be applied and are your responsibility. Payment for your registration must be made within 14 days of registration to validate your registration. Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to: registration@wfhss-congress.com. For cancellations requested before August 31, the registration and social event fees will be refunded with a deduction of 50 euros for cancellation fees.  After this date, no cancellation requests will be accepted (no refund of registration and social event fees). If for reasons beyond the control of the organizers the congress has to be cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded up to the amount of funds available Letter of Invitation: In the event that you need a letter of invitation for your visa application, you can request one when you register. Please fill out the registration form and write to the congress secretariat to indicate your request.  Group registration: You wish to register a group or you need a quote; you can contact the registration department.
