A communications kit is available to help you promote your participation in the conference to your communities and networks. 
It includes ready-to-use content that makes it easy to share information about your attendance and involvement at the conference.

You are a speaker​

You’ll be presenting at the WFHSS conference — make the most of your speaking opportunity by sharing the details of your presentation with your peers and network. 
  • Please use the slide provided in the communications kit during your presentation at the congress. 
  •  If you’re active on social media, be sure to share the date and topic of your presentation with your peers.

You are an exhibitor​

You’ll be exhibiting at the WFHSS conference make the most of your presence by letting your customers, prospects, and partners know you’ll be there. 

  • Display the conference logo or banner on your company’s website. These items are also available in the communications kit. 
  • Also, be sure to promote your participation on your company’s social media channels, for example, by posting photos of your booth or highlighting the events you’re organizing. Your employees can also be excellent ambassadors!
