The full Congress registration includes :
- Access to the scientific sessions and exhibition during the Congress,
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks (as mentioned in the programme),
- Welcome reception on the first day of the Congress.
Payment methods: We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer. We cannot accept payment by check and debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.
Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration to secure your participation.
Should your registration remain unpaid to Wednesday August 2021 4th : Early registrations will be upgraded to the applicable regular fee.
Cancellation policies: All cancellations are to be sent to HOPSCOTCH CONGRES in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
For cancellations received before Tuesday, August 31st, reimbursement of the registration fee and social events, minus 50 EUR handling charges, will be made.
After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the meeting for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund (registration fee and social events) can be made.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the Congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the Congress.
Invitation letter: If you require an invitation letter as part of your visa application, you can request one as part of the registration process. Please complete your registration and send an email to the Congress Secretariat stating that you would like to request an invitation letter. No letters of invitation will be issued without a completed registration.

For cancellations requested before August 31, the registration and social event fees will be refunded with a deduction of 50 euros for cancellation fees.
After this date, no cancellation requests will be accepted (no refund of registration and social event fees).
If for reasons beyond the control of the organizers the congress has to be cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded up to the amount of funds available
Letter of Invitation: In the event that you need a letter of invitation for your visa application, you can request one when you register. Please fill out the registration form and write to the congress secretariat to indicate your request.
